Pippa’s Pooches aim to deliver a professional dog grooming service. Pippa’s Pooches will not be held responsible for any pre-existing problems or conditions. All medical problems or conditions must be made aware to myself before the start of any groom.

Matted coats – skin irritation can occur from shaving, small nicks may occur due to the fact the matted hair is in close proximity to the skin. Pippa’s Pooches will not be held liable for any post-grooming effects of de-matting coats.

Cancellations – Appointments may be cancelled with no less than 24 hours notice and no fee will be payable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the grooming charge.
